The Scent of my Essence
By working the olfactory part of our senses, science, and studies have discovered that there are chemical interactions that the aromatic molecules of plants have on the brain. With its 10 million olfactory receptors, humans can identify up to 4,000 smells. The effects of essential oils in the brain are multiple, they support, and protect, and they influence our mood and our emotions.
With the essential oils that I put at your disposal for this exercise, you will discover the power of your spiritual and emotional connection with essential oils.
The exercises will help you meet your needs while freeing you both physically and emotionally.
The olfactory sense is powerful, it is one of the first senses that we develop at birth.
Through meditation, I lead you to discover the scents of your essence, this spiritual connection with essential oils. Each step plays a significant role in your development and personal growth towards a new opening.
The presence of horses during this workshop facilitates the work of liberation that takes place within you.
An aromatic and spiritual journey in the middle of nature among the horses!
